Hi Kapil
If mahagun has asked the document then they will not change there stand (utter bunch of sausage heads!!). Even it is surprising for me that in Punjab the seller need to be there and buyer's presence at time of registery is not required. I am not sure whether same applies to Ghaziabad. I got POA done from Ghaziabad.
Thanks
Yogesh

Subject: [mahagunmascot] Query regarding General POA
Hi All,
I have a query regarding POA,if someone has faced similar issue in past/currently facing and what can be probable sulution.
I am currently onsite and before leaving India(around 7 months back) i have done POA in the name of my father on the format provided by Mahagun on 100Rs stamp paper. This POA is notarized and was done in my home town. But now Mahagun at the time of possesion of my falt is telling me that this POA is not valid since it's just notarized and not registered in Ghaziabad. Not sure if this is right statement and what's the reason that POA is not valid.
Any kind of guidance/suggestions.
Regards,
-Kapil Sethi
