Hi
I got the possesion letter for my flat in Osimo Tower. Currently the contract is in my wife and my name jointly. Can anyone throw some light on these two questions please.
1. Do i have to pay any fee to builder to change the contract to my father/mother name? Can i simply go and get the registration done in my father/mother name without changing the contract.
2. Do i need to pay any fee to builder to take out one name from contract i.e. take out my name and get registration done in my wife's name only.
Please let me know.
