 ONE AFTER ONE PROBLEM IN MASCOT. POINT is these should be resolved at the earliest rather than passing the buck on resident who is not presently residing.

There can be a different team/committee to monitor  different aspects of problems and take up issues on war footings with appropriate authorities.

Builder at large is responsible for providing a safe heaven when he is incharge of all the boundary and assets.

 

This is in interest of all occupants of MM.
