If there is a theft residents should lodge FIR in police station but they just informing RWA and don't want to lodge FIR because they don't have time to do so or loss is negligible. They will wake up only after big loss to life and property. I am sure if police will not be involve in these matters it will happen again and again. Mahagun and CSK will give only assurance and request that none of resident should do FIR.

Pl forget about the incident if a resident don't want to do FIR, why RWA team should break their head.

I owned this 2 BHK flat and yesterday morning when I visited Flat, I found that the main door and the lock was broken. Some one had stolen all the water taps from Kitchen and both the bathrooms from my empty flat. I spoke to the maintenance department who took their own sweet time to arrive at the Flat and then I came to know that the similar incident had happened in Flat No 1658 (Romano) and two-three other flats also in some other tower.

This is a real serious issue and cannot be taken lightly as many families are living there and it is a risk to everyone. I would like all the residents to pay stricter attention to it and look for the thief as these may happen in immediate future also. There is a pattern in theft and they are eying only vacant flats till now but you never know when they would start attacking on all sorts of flats.

In my case, this has happened the night before yesterday only. I would get the IRON Gate installed as early as possible and would request fellow residents also for the same who have not done this till now.
