Dear Mahesh,

I request you to please come to the society on this Saturday at 12 Noon along with the photocopies of all the documents pertaining to flat, copies of e-mail communication so that the issue can be analysed and best course of action to be decided upon. We will have the entire executive body and will discuss on it in detail. I know there are lots of clauses in the allotment agreement which can be exploited by the builder to create this kind of harassment.

I had paid full price for the flat in 2008. I am incurring EMI for home loan and also paying rent for the current accommodation. I have contracted cardiac ailment due to the harassment and incurring heavy legal and medical expenses. 

I am making a formal request to you, you being the president of RAW, to please intervene in this matter and help me get my flat. I had only raised a valid issue that effects not just me but threatens the life safety of 1200 residents of Mahagun Mascot. If the shopping complex is demolished it will only help Mahagun builder in long run because then a fire accident can be prevented and he will avoid getting prosecuted  for it.
