I also had discussion with Mr. K P Singh and I have checked for current month onwards the Rs 100 per KVA of power backup being charged as part of the fixed charges. is being reimbursed by the way that till 100 Rs (or whatever the amount you are paying as part of fixed charges @ Rs 100 per KVA of power backup) the amount won't be debited from the prepaid amount in your meter.

However for previous months, i.e. from Jan to Mar(power backup charges started Jan onwards) he has not idea as he was stressing that for the 3 months there wouldn't have been any deductions for power backup usage till Rs 100, however when I stressed that I have all the calculations with me and that my Meter is clearly showing the power backup amount being charged to me! He said that he would be sending someone to check my meter and explain. But its been 2-3 days since then and I am still waiting for someone to turn at my place!

Secondly, yesterday only I noticed that my original Intercom no. wasn't accessible anymore and after doing some searching around I found that my Intercom no. has been changed without any intimation to me! And I have found that now my extension no. is as per flat no. scheme. As per the new no. scheme the intercom no. would be 18XXXX or 180XXX where XXXX is four digit flat no. and XXX is for three digit flat no. So for flat # 622 new no. would be 180622 and similarly for flat #1622 new no. would be 181622.

So I would request all to check their intercom no.s accordingly!

When I asked, whether we can have monthly details, showing the same. He agreed to the same and said that anybody can take their electric meter details and that will have the credited amount.

I think its time to check this. We can ask for our flat's electric consumption details from Feb-2012 onwards [When Backup charges started to be applied].
