Hi Raju ji,
The residents of these four new towers are also members of MMRWA, or will be in future. As the documents for other towers have been obtained by MMRWA, it would be convenient & appropriate if some action is taken by MMRWA in the matter. Individual allottee may find it difficult to deal with Mahagun management.

MMRWA will also get it but this is the individual's responsibility to take this document now because the document can be taken two times from the builder:
1) At the time of booking the flat
2) At the time of Possession
Since this is an opportunity for you as you all are taking the possession so you can request it for you. Once they will deny to provide it, we will ask it from them as well. Don't depend on MMRWA for each and every document. You are the buyer and you have the right to demand for these papers as well. Feel free to contact me if they don't ready to provide it then MMRWA will take the call.
