Rather I will say to all please stop making the MMC payment untill the issue get fixed and we get all the details of the money collected and spend. This is totally rediculus.

Absolutely the maintenance charge Mahagun is charging is not reasonable. If they are not able to providing all the facility so why we are paying full charge.

We should raise this point strongly.

Hi Raju / MMRWA,

I have heard from my office colleagues that the societies in Indirapuram where the club house / gym / swimming pool is not ready or is under construction, the maintenance charges are less (50% of the actual). In some societies the maintenance charge is 50 paise / sq.ft. and in some it is 60 paise/sq.ft.

Since in our case also the club house / gym / swimming pool is not ready, why Rs.1.20 per sq.ft. is being charged as maintenance charges.
