I went down at 1pm and I waited for her till 1:22pm, there was no guard at that time in Milano tower. When I was returning back, I saw him coming from the basement. During this time, one courier guy and one other man went into the tower and the guard was not there to inquire about them.

We are missing an important issue in this issue list - Children playing area with Swings and Slides.  This is important for our growing kids to enjoy their childhood in a good society.  I see a place vacant near Mini ( Tiny) Golf course and Passage to underground Parking. No Grass have been put in taht patch can that be used for Slides/Swings with sand pit in that area.

Mayank from CSK defined a process for the same to follow and Nidhi/Customer Care from Mahagun is responsible for Mahagun relates issue and escalations.

For complains launch in CSK, Mayank identified a process for tracking: 1) Customer will be provided with customer number once complain lodge by them. 2) Physical slip should be signed by customer on successful closure. 3) Priority issues should be address ASAP and complains related to Mahagun should be send to "handingover@mahagunindia.com" addressing Nidhi (As Customer Care); and Nidhi/Customer Care have to answer on it accordingly.

The entire residents are not happy with the quality, quantity and service of security guards.

The Security Guards are not trained enough to provide good services, Keeping guard on two consecutive shifts reduces their efficiency. No water/Fan within the tower for them.

Doors of shaft remains open which is very dangerous for children.

Mayank informed that in few shafts locks are not working, those will be rectified and all shafts will be closed from Monday onwards.

Whoever have Intercom issues, please start lodging the complaint and that will be resolved ASAP. The report will be to be submitted to TTPL with the list of intercom which are not working by CSK as well. Lack in this will cause the security issues.

Based on the report, TTPL will going to rectify the issue list. TTPL office head Mukesh Sareen is assigned for the same and a dedicated technical person will be availble all times in Mahagun society.
