Fatal injury including DEATH can result as a result of these violations. The requisite NOCs from fire department and the completion certificate has not been acquired. You have taken possession at your own risk and you and only you shall be responsible for any accident that happens in Mahagun Mascot. 

I have been fighting this evil alone since January 2011 and have not received any help from other residents.

Thanks for the information.

I just had telephonic conversation with Premlata, and she told me that she is in process of finalizing the voter list at the moment. And that on 25th whomsoever has his/her name included in the voter list would be getting voter slips.

So I think it would make things clear for all as whomsoever get their voter slip on 25th would be definitely able to to avail their right to vote, and others would have to wait till next time!

I called up Premlata around 10:30 today and asked if she is there at
Crossing gate. She said that since she was busy with other stuff, she
could not go there.

I would suggest that if somebody plans to meet her, kindly pick up a
copy of latest voter list.
