It was already decided that until and unless the entire area will be construction free, we cannot force to pay the Common Electricity charges at all.

Hello, Today i went to Mahagun maintenance people. And they were asking me for Rs1330 as the common area electricity charges. This seems like a cheating as it was never communicated to us before.  They are already charging too high for Electricity and power back up. I feel like , I am staying in a rented house. Request you all to get together and get a proper clarification on this issue. Thanks Amit Gomber

[mahagunmascot] Dengue cases at Mahagun Mascot

 

Hi All, One more dengue case at our society. My mother got infected, reports confirmed yesterday. I hope all are taking precautions, like using all-out, mosquito nets, etc.  According to CSK, they are doing fumigation everyday, don't know whether it is true. Regards Vikram

गाजियाबाद।। इंदिरापुरम के एक अपार्टमेंट में लगी लिफ्ट टूट जाने की वजह से एक ही परिवार के चार लोग घायल हो गए। हादसे के समय लिफ्ट में 10 लोग थे। वहां मौजूद सिक्युरिटी गार्ड ने लिफ्ट के अंदर फंसे लोगों को निकाला। उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। आरडब्ल्यूए का आरोप है कि अधिकांश लिफ्टों की मरम्मत न होने से ऐसे हादसे आए दिन हो रहे हैं। 3 अगस्त को भी इसी अपार्टमेंट के दूसरे ब्लॉक में एक लिफ्ट गिर गई थी। हालांकि, तब कोई घायल नहीं हुआ था। 

घटना बुधवार सुबह करीब साढ़े 10 बजे अहिंसा खंड-2 स्थित जयपुरिया सनराइज ग्रीन अपार्टमेंट में हुई। इस अपार्टमेंट के पी-ब्लॉक के फ्लैट नंबर 503 में आशीष चुग का परिवार रहता है। आशीष अपनी पत्नी वंदना, बहन मीनाक्षी व रीता और बच्चे मंथन (5), ईशा (डेढ़ साल) के अलावा कुछ और रिश्तेदारों के साथ लिफ्ट में सवार हुए थे। लिफ्ट ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर पहुंचते ही जोर से झटके लेने लगी और रुकने के बजाय बेसमेंट में जा गिरी। इससे आशीष, वंदना, मीनाक्षी और रीता घायल हो गए। घटना के बाद अपार्टमेंट में मेंटेनेंस का काम देख रहा स्टाफ फरार हो गया। 

इससे पहले भी इस तरह के हादसे हुए हैं। 24 अगस्त 2012 को गाजियाबाद की ही क्रॉसिंग रिपब्लिक में महागुन मैसकोर्ट हाइराइज में लिफ्ट गिरी थी, जिसमें दो बच्चे समेत 4 लोग घायल हुए थे। 11 नवंबर 2011 को वैशाली सेक्टर 3 के देविका अपार्टमेंट में 8वीं मंजिल से लिफ्ट गिरी थी।
