Numerous mails on how to get your gas connection transferred from one place to another over the past 1 week.....It will take less time if someone, who wants to transfer the gas connection, visits his present gas agency, takes the transfer certificate, submits that to KGN gas agency and take the new customer number....That's it, not more than 2-3 days..

So what is the exact procedure to get the Gas Connection Transfered from Yadu gas agency, ghaziabad to Crossings?

Same happened with me.

The actual charge of gas transfer is only 30 or 35 for which receipt should be provided. KGN gas dealer makes a bill of 250 by charging for gas pipe, papers ets. 

I also asked for the receipt from them and when they refused, I was very strict with them and also refused to take the gas pipe, at the same time threatened to complaint against them at the IOCL office in Noida and consumer court.

Be vigilant and aware of your rights.

Regarding Rs 250 charged by Khwaja Garib Nawaj Gas agency.
 
They charge the same amount for new connectionss also and we are blindly paying. KGN never issue receipt for these charges.
It happened to me when I got new connectio. I paid them Rs 250 but they never issued receipt for that.
I took my kit and go back to home.
 
Then I talked on phone to IOCL marketing authorities as they are my relative. They told me to go back to KGN and ask them to talk to him.
When I asked KGN people to talk to IOCL authorities on phone they did not talked and immediately refunded back my money as IOCL marketing is very strict on cancelling licenses if any malpractice is reported.
 
Friends, Rs 250 may not be all that important for us but the issue is connuption. Requesting to approach IOCL if you can and complaint for any malpractice followed by KGN gas agency.
 
Also don't forget to take receipt of single penny you paid.

Hi All
 
Something needs to be done about this. The internal roads connecting to Noida as showed to us in brochures have not been built, also there is no communication by when it would be done. The EDC amt has been taken from flat owners but road construction has not been done. Every day we are stuck at Shahberi pulia for 30-45 mins.
 
We would request somebody from CROMA to provide update on this and what needs to be done from our side to make builders realise that sufficient people have move to Crossing and they should built these connecting roads as showed in Sales brochures on priority.
 
Hope to receive some reply on this.

Trafiic Jam at around 9 AM in the morning at Crossings Main Road - NH24 to Shahberi Pulia (in front of Prateek Royal Cliff). It is up to Gate# 1 (opposite Paramount). It looks like Crosisngs have beaten Gurgaon in terms of Jam at roads.

Hi,

I visited the towers about an hour back.. The towers are not sealed, though there are no workers as well.. I checked with Local Security and Engineer In-charge there... The Construction work is stopped for the 4 towers Vasto, Mantova, Osimo and the 4th one, Eternia I guess for last 8 - 10 days after GDA inspection.. Even the construction work near Club House and Swimming pool is also stuck since last few days..

The work is supposed to resume from next week, after which Mahagun will start the Possession process.. Let's hope for the best..

[mahagunmascot] GDA action on Mahagun Mascot

 

Not too sure whether the correlation exist between folowing  high court judgement and sealing of few towers in Mahagun Mascot.
 
 
Can someone who is residing in Mascot throw some light that what has actually happened b/w GDA and Mahagun two days back and why towers have been sealed? Siena, Osimo etc were not illegal towers, per my understanding the towers in front of them occupying greean area are, because they are not marked even on brochures.
 
Any inputs from any resident please.
