Dear Mascotians,

I am happy to inform you that we have a very good result here after publishing this news in the daily Newspaper. As a response of this news, I got a call from Mr. S. C. Sharma (AVP-Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.) today around 5 PM and he assured me to provide these 11 Legal Documents to MMRWA representative on 8th July 2012 (Sunday). He told me that the entire operational area is approved and nothing is illegal in Mascot project and he was out of station and that is why Mahagun was not able to provide these documents.

So it is a big relief for us. I along with few other MMRWA representative will be going to attend the meeting on coming Sunday (8th July 2012) to collect the Legal Approval Papers. I will keep you posted with the status soon. Stay tuned!!!

Thanks for your mail. I am requesting you to please come into the GBM (General Body Meeting) which will be on coming Sunday (hopefully) and give your clarification how it is harmful for our society.

350+ families are living in the Mascot Society and coming in the meeting and they advised to do this and now you are saying that it is harmful. You are most welcome to come with your pros/cons.

[mahagunmascot] Re: [RWA-Mascot:1002] New Guards at Towers duty? NOT_SHARED

Dear Gurpreet,

I got a call from Veerpal Singh from CSK Headoffice on 1st July 2012 and he informed me that the Security Guards have been changed in Mascot society and the new security guards will be taking care of this society now. My question was - Which company? He said "Hardik Security Group" which is already working there in Prateek Royal Cliff in Crossings Republik. I was happy to know that at least the security issues will now be resolved but the situation we have seen in last 3 days are not up to the mark. There were no security guards in the tower early morning and the guards are not responsible too. Even few guards are very careless and they were busy in their cell phone and they were playing songs.

Today morning, Sujoy and I visited to the Gate No-2 and met with the Day and Night Security Supervisor and told them that we are not happy with the new security guards. They have some issues because the previous guards have not hand over the transition to new guards. There is no Toilet and Bathroom for security guards. However the Fans have been installed in each tower for Security Guards. I reported the issues to Mr. Upender Singh (Estate Manager - CSK) and told them to discuss it with the Security Head as well as new CSK Management that the resident are not happy with the performance of the new security guards. So wait for the next update.

Let me know if you have any question.

Since last couple of days (may be from 1st July) I have noticed new uniformed guards being deployed at Towers and Main gate, anyone has updates why this change?

Anway, anyone would expect a change would be for something better and same was my expectation. However this morning all my expectations came crashing down when I saw one of the Towers guards in deep sleep and snoring!! So nothing has changed. When I clicked photon of the sleeping guard in my cell he got up red faced and pleaded me not to report it. Even I didn't want to be reason for taking anyone's job so I strictly warned him that if anyone finds him sleeping again it would be reported to the authorities.

I really don't understand why can't we have a good team of guards who are thorough professional in their duties. I am impressed by the Security being in place at Prateek, that should be standard of the service for the amount we all are paying.
