[RWA-Mascot:285] Appreciation of Rates in Crossings!

Since last weekend, I had been surveying various builder societies with in Crossings for investment by one of my close relatives and I have found that at-least three builders i.e. Paramount, Mahagun and Ajinara have revised their rates to Rs 3000 per sqft.

Though am not very convinced its due to actual market appreciation or else false tactics by builders to increase their profit margins.

My opinion: Now onwards, we can make it mandatory for vendors to take clearance from RWA too.. It can be just a  kind of approval; which either Maintenace office or owner can take.

 

Another suggestion is to, inform maintenance office that particular vendor is working for you. Then inform vendor that he should not be paying any bribe.
