Hi Raju / MMRWA, I have heard from my office colleagues that the societies in Indirapuram where the club house / gym / swimming pool is not ready or is under construction, the maintenance charges are less (50% of the actual). In some societies the maintenance charge is 50 paise / sq.ft. and in some it is 60 paise/sq.ft. Since in our case also the club house / gym / swimming pool is not ready, why Rs.1.20 per sq.ft. is being charged as maintenance charges.
