Absolutely the maintenance charge Mahagun is charging is not reasonable. If they are not able to providing all the facility so why we are paying full charge.
We should raise this point strongly.

In some societies the maintenance charge is 50 paise / sq.ft. and in some it is 60 paise/sq.ft. Since in our case also the club house / gym / swimming pool is not ready, why Rs.1.20 per sq.ft. is being charged as maintenance charges.
