Dear Valued Resident,
A meeting of the General Body (GBM) for Mahagun Mascot Resident Welfare Association (MMRWA) is hereby convened as per the schedule:
Date : 27th May 2012 (Sunday)
Time : 10 AM
Venue: Tennis Court (In front of Valencia/Romano Tower)
The specific issues for the consideration of this meeting of the General Body are:
· Review of the Maintenance and Development work done by Mahagun & CSK in last one month.
· Current Status of the Membership Drive
· Finalization and Adoption of the Bye-Laws of MMRWA
· Reviewing the Guidelines Prepared for:
o Running Crèche in Mahagun Mascot
o Renting out Flat in Mahagun Mascot
o Practicing Doctors in Mahagun Mascot
o Pet Animals in Mahagun Mascot
· Publishing the Calendar for:
o Sports Activity - 2012
o Cultural Activity - 2012
· Discussion on other common ongoing issues/items
The entire residents of Mahagun Mascot are invited to kindly participate in the proposed GBM.
