[RWA-Mascot:563] Car Parking .. Large Vs Medium

Hi All,

         During signing the possession papers, I noticed that car parking was mentioned as "Medium Car Parking", while other options were available (Open, Medium, large and back to Back). During signing the deal there was only option -- Covered Or Open. So not sure from where Large Vs Medium option come into picture. Why we should get Medium not large?  

Please let me know if there is anything behind this? What is the size of medium car parking?
