Me too have the similar requirement.
However, I am looking for someone who charges based on weight rather than SQFT.. Because I have been cheated once. In SQFT, they provide cheapest material and you don't have any control once advance is paid.
Their argument is that they have to work more for complex designs, so SQFT is suitable. I am ready for high Price/KG in case of complex design or go for a simplest design.
Or else, I am ready to pay on SQFT; if they commit a minimum weight for the piece. e.g. At least 70 KG for a security gate etc.
Please let me know, if you agree and can work on a common vendor.
