Hi Raju,
CSK/Mahagun allowed entry of these items from main gate and it was in their knowledge so they would have stopped it at that time only ..
BTW you missed a point of aluminum slider moving at the level of grill which is more dangerous then flower pot water leaking ... moving slider can fell down ... think abt it too ...

For the Priority-2 tem#8: We have not created any guideline and not forcing CSK/Mahagun to do that. MMRWA is only concerned for the safety which has been seen in some flat. So this is completely CSK/Mahagun's decision on this. Let us see what and how they define it as per the agreement. If the wall is blocked due to security, we don't have any issue but if the AC is installed in the extended area, it can be dangerous for the resident once the high wind will come or it will get down due to the vibration or any Flower Pot is kept in the extended area and the water will flow on the ground floor. So we don't need to create any committee from our side. Let us see what and how CSK/Mahagun tackle this situation.Regards,Raj Kumar RajuOn Tue, May 8, 2012 at 9:42 AM, vikas kamboj <kambojvikas@gmail.com> wrote:
Priority-2 Item #8 :-
Because grill extension came into existence before the birth of RWA and residents may not have any reference or guidance in light of security concerns so i would suggest to form a committee to discuss it case by case and decide the next course of action keeping in mind that any alteration now is painful from all aspect but that does not mean compromise with anyone's safety ...
