Re: [RWA-Mascot:600] Frequent Power Cuts

As per my understanding UPPCL has given power connection to CRPCL; which is under agreement with UPPCl to distribute the electricity further to Crossing residents without making any profit/additional charges...

But I think, either CRPCL or CSK is getting involved in corrupt practices. If we are planning to go to CRPCL for the issue, we must also club the higher fixed electricity charges [INR 65/KW/Month in stead of INR 40/KW/Month]... as this is a regular charges we all are paying... We can ask for a copy of their agreement with UPPCL to understand the same...

Dear Mascotians,

As you all are aware that we facing frequent power cuts and paying hefty amount for recharge coupon for electricity bill in our society. It seems that till date there is no UPPCL power supply within the society and the entire Crossings Republik is running on private power supply. This is a very serious concern. Till how long this will continue we don't know. We, as a resident can't bear the hefty electricity bill for longer period.

It is our right to have govt. power supply as we have paid all the statutory amounts/dues while buying the apartment and at the time of registration. The township is also approved by GDA under the U.P.Township Scheme. Therefore we can't be the victim earlier for the Dumpyard issue which is still in abeyance and now for the major Electricity Supply issue. Mahagun and other builder has assured and committed to provide the basic amenities at the time of booking and at the time possession were not being provided by the builders even after many month of the possession which is their core responsibility under the agreement signed with them.

We need to escalate the subject issue to the Builder – Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd. so that they can escalate it to Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. i.e. the entity responsible for the development of the township to understand the subject and to apprise the status of the development of power station with the sufficient power supply for the township.

Please give me your feedback/comment so that I will draft a mail and will send it to Mahagun Management as this is a serious issue and due to this we can't use ACs, Washing Machines and other heavy equipment as well.
