Hi Deepak,

This issue is already raised with CSK/Mahagun Management with Priority-1 issue and they said that they will send a notice to them to stop this activity. We, as a RWA, can't stop this directly. Since the safety and security is taken care by CSK so let us follow-up with them to get the current status on this.

We are also not in favour of any kind of commercial activities in the society premises which can create the nuisance in the society.

As we all know that no commercial activity is allowed within the boundary of Mahagun Mascot's premises, in fact I read few notices issued by CSK on the subject matter. But in spite of that there is a property agent running his office from the ground floor of Catania. I am observing from the last few days that many people (probably his staff) or customers keep standing outside the office chatting/smoking. This is not at all a good sight and could raise to safety issues as residents-ladies, kids go for playing and walk during the evenings.

 

We need to take immediate action to stop such activities.
