Recently, I quickly discussed this with K P Singh and according to him; it is already in place.

When I asked, whether we can have monthly details, showing the same. He agreed to the same and said that anybody can take their electric meter details and that will have the credited amount.

I think its time to check this. We can ask for our flat's electric consumption details from Feb-2012 onwards [When Backup charges started to be applied].
