[RWA-Mascot] Mahagun Mascot General Meeting - 5 Feb 2012 at 11 AM

Dear All,

We have a general meeting for Mahagun Mascot Residents tomorrow (Sunday - 5 February 2012) at 11 AM infront of Verona Tower to discuss about common issues inside the society. Please come and give your valuable time tomorrow because we are not happy with the maintenance people (including safety, security, etc.) yet so need to discuss about the next action plan.

We also need to re-form a "Resident's Committee" of active residents who is living in the society currently and can give some time to the society until we have a registered RWA.

[RWA-Mascot] Re: Maintenance of Romano and Valencia Tower

I believe that they would start charging the same only after it is
ready to use.
It was the same case for Verona tower earlier.

[RWA-Mascot] Maintenance of Romano and Valencia Tower

Hello ,

Any idea when maitenance charges is effective in both tower Romano and Valencia Tower.

When I discussed with maintenance guyes they are saying it is under discussion between mahagun and CSK.

I believe manitenance charges should not start now as lifts are not working properly. Today when I visited my flat lift was not working. When I asked their guyes they said, power has gone and it will start when it is back. I keep waiting till half an hour but invain. Ultimately I gone into my flat by statirs.

Could you share your information about this?

By seeing the building, it seems that it will not get complete at
least in the current financial year... So expect possession after
March only.
