Job Overview -
- Publishing Weekly Positions plus minus update and other MIS. Maintaining MIS for all Open and closed positions.
- Weekly Publishing Employee Pool Report.
- Coordinating with the managers to know the requirement in detail for resource mapping.
- Proposing available resources against various Open Positions, Collecting their Rejection feedback and tracking for the people selected for deployment.
- Resolving queries from internal customer related to resourcing.
- Facilitating discussions and providing resumes to delivery as and when required.
- Tracking with the managers for any future ramp down of resources from allocation termination cases.
- Mail communication to ramping down resources for skill, resume update and maintenance of resume repository.
- Tracking competency update and follow up for people who are more than 6 months in same projects+New Joiners
- Tracking and updating information on pool report as and when required.
- Identifying Mentors for People hired against pool (Occasional)
- In Process; Resourcing overview given to new joiners is in transition phase. (fortnightly)
- Must have Managed / Lead a team of 3-4 team members.
- Minimum Job Experience 6 years
