I agree with both of you.
Even I visited the site, few days back and largely I was satisfied with everyhting except the two potential monsters in front of Vasto, Mantova, Siena and Osimo.
Amit, you are rite that we gave PLC for park facing flats, but if I just try to be devil's advocate then I can easily say that size of the park was not mentioned, and hope u saw a small upcoming green patch coming in front of siena, with 1-2 fountain type structure in centre.....so thats your park!!
The only thing which goes in our favor is that till now construction has not resumed in those towers due to (un)known reasons. I would suggest to expedite the possession first....homes have more power than houses. When you actually live there you will be in better psoition to counter Mahagun.
My sincere request to flat owners of all 4 towers is to stay unite and think unilateral - whether you have bought the flat for living, renting or investement.
The construction of those two towers will also reduce the green area in the the entire society, but surprisingly RWA has not raised this anywhere till now. I know that its a menace primarily for Vasto, Mantova, Siena and Osimo BUT it should be a concern for others as well....Mahagun had most spacios layout when I surveyed entire area in 2008, but definitely this wont be the case after the upcoing towers.
Again, I would urge to take possession first and then lets sit and discuss on this (preferably face to face).

We have also paid the park facing PLC @Rs 50psqf., there is no park now. We should ask Mahagun to adjust it in full and final settlement... but I doubt they will adjust.
Best approach is.. take possession and then file a plea in consumer court for refund of PLC with interest, and also for blocking our view and sunlight. I am sure we will get justice.... point is we should not loose focus ... and remain united.

I visited Mahagun Mascot today after 7 months and I will say I am satisfied with the developments, overall its good to see no dust and construction has also came down to minimal as maximum builders are done with the construction work in crossings.Feels good to see fresh carpeted roads are built across whole crossings and the diversion from NH-24 to crossings is also open and managed by UP Traffic Police . The only concern and a sword which is hanging on our head is the new tower(Celestial) which is lying static at this moment & staring at us, at present no construction work is going on there, but Mahagun have already build its basement level and reached ground .This tower as per Mahagun representatives( Nidhi Makhija and Manish Sarin) is on hold as per GDA but they also did not confirm that it will not be constructed in future.The illegal towers once raised will also block the view, sunlight and air-ventilation of Vasto, Mantova, Siena and Osimo towers. Please note that the illegal towers are being raised over the area marked as green area in the sales brochure and thus is also an offence under the consumer protection act. This is now or never for all the residents of Vasto, Mantova, Siena and Osimo towers.So, this is my humble request to all the residents of these 4 towers; as Mahagun have started the registry and possession process for us, each and every flat owner going to them for registry should ask them about this tower so they should know that at least we are aware & concerned about this.I believe this is the right time to raise concern and get this tower killed here itself as it just started at ground level and we can stop this by raising our concern withGDA Officials to start with .Please feel free to provide your valuable opinions Rohit Bhandari Mantova -1107
