[mahagunmascot] Panelty cheques on posession

Hi,

I am getting the posession of my 2 bhk flat in siena..letter of posession was sent on 15 Oct... Mahagun is refusing to pay panelty for 15 days.. Has anybody got the panelty for 15 days...
