Need your help to understand the flat possession process of Mahagun Mascot.
I have a flat in Osimo tower and got the posession letter from Mahagun where they said that we need to clear all dues by 15th Nov and get the registrly of the flat done by 15th Dec.
When we visited the flat it is not ready and the representative told that he will get it ready by 10th Nov but when we contacted him today he said that it can't be ready earlier than 20th Nov.
When we talked to Nidhi about the same then she said that we will get the flat ready only when you will clear all the dues. I only have the dues pending which we were supposed to pay at the time of possession.
Can you please guide should we pay the dues to get the flat ready or should we first get the flat ready and then pay the dues?? Nidhi is telling that if you will not pay the dues by 15th Nov then there will be penalty.
Please provide your valuable suggestions.
Also what about signing the possession letter?? It should be only after the flat is ready completely. Please confirm.
Looking forward to understand this whole process of Mahagun with all others who have already taken the possssion or going to take soon.
