Hello,
Today i went to Mahagun maintenance people. And they were asking me for Rs1330 as the common area electricity charges.
This seems like a cheating as it was never communicated to us before.
They are already charging too high for Electricity and power back up. I feel like , I am staying in a rented house.
Request you all to get together and get a proper clarification on this issue.
