Hello MM Residents & Pet Lovers,

One more incident of "Dog Nuisance" found yesterday evening on the 18th Floor of Milano tower, near lift lobby. The mess is still to be cleaned by the pet owner. [Photo attached]
Although the cleaning staff has been asked to clean the area, but why should CSK maintenance clean dog's **** every other day due to pet owner's lack of common sense.

In Europe, people carry a disposable plastic bag (6 x 4 inch) with them when they go for a stroll/walk in the neighborhood park/colony/street with their pet.

In case the pet relieves itself (potty) on the street/park/colony, they cover their hand/palm with that plastic bag, pick the pet's potty, tie a knot on the plastic bag by reversing it by pulling backwards, and they throw it in the dustbin.
This is in their culture and in all developed countries.

It's not the job of municipal corporation or maintenance staff in your society to clean your pet's ****. Rather it's your job to clean the area in case your pet relieves itself on a public place.

We need to learn a lot wrt "civic sense" from them.

Regards
Vikram

Dear All,

I believe more important is to spread awareness about rabies which can be caused by dog bite. Once a person is infected with rabies there is no cure therefore pet owners have an added responsibility to keep their pets under control so that no dog bite incidents occur in our society.

You will find more information on rabies in the link given below:

We all must co-operate to make our society a better living place.

President Sir,
I am perturbed by the fact that there are pet owners who do not have the common
decency to ensure that if the pet has dirtied the common area ,then they should
get it cleaned.I have been talking to many pet owners whom I see walking their
pets and have told them that we need to have a meeting in order to discuss some
issues regarding pets.I had sent a draft on the do's and dont's for pet owners'
but I did not get any approved copy from your side. Also it was told to my wife
that CSK will list down the pet owners so that it is easy to contact them. Please
find out if the CSK does have this data or not otherwise I will send a proforma in
each building to be filled up by the pet owners with the help of the security
guard.Still I think there will be some people who will not listen to reason. But
let us make our efforts.

Dear all

Today morning it is observed that in front of crema lift someone's DOG have done
sit. On enquiry I came to know that it belongs one of the crema residents having
small dog. If dog ownwer cannot take care of their dogs and spoiling common
area we should not allow them to keep pets. Some of residents were very sensitive
towards there pet and was comparing with there own children but some them were
keeping pet just for time pass or joy they don't want clean the sit of their pet.
