Hi,

I am staying in one of mahaguns society in inderapuram. Guests are allowed to bring in the cars with a 10 min gate pass. Vehicles without stickers are not allowed to stay inside beyond 10mins. For now there is lesser occupancy so parking space is not a problem but when the occupancy rate goes up there would be definate problems and leaving the vehicle inside even of a guest is a security threat because the guards are not that well at vigilant and this would increase instances of security breach .

Same problem I have also faced,I also have heated argument long back,with previous security,this is not a practical rule,suppose some lady is driving with kids or some old person is driving it is not feasible,to park car out side ,my flat is 1862 valencia and from gate my tower is approx 500 mtrs,it is very difficult for someone to reach if cliemate is not favorable,we have to look for practical solution for this problem.

Hi Friends,
 
Yesterday my guests came to meet me. Security guards were not allowing them to enter in the premises. Asking them to park their car ouside Mahagun.
When I asked them to keep driver licence and allow the car inside the campus. They told me that this is not permitted. Please contact Mainatinace office.
When I called maintainace office, they told me guests vehicles are not allowed inside campus. You need to take special permission from maintainance office.
After arguing them, they allowed the car inside the campus to drop my guests near my tower but asked to take car immediately ouside campus after dropping them.
 
Since there was driver so it was easy to ask him  to park car oustide campus. But in case there was no driver, then person has to first drop other guests near tower. Then take the car outside campus and then come by walk to tower again. Really, it is very disgusting. This seems to be okay if there is some means of transportation within the society.
Can RWA share what is visitor parking status? What is procedure to allow guest car inside campus?
