I am arriving back to India for my registration on 28/29 Aug. There
were few queries trickling in my mind so I thought to take help from
the experienced people.
I have already paid the full amount of the flat(incl EDC, IFMS, Meter
and legal charges) and also the DD for Registration in favour of CTO,
Ghaziabad. Also taken the possession in Feb 12.
I had following queries:-
1. What other charges are required to be paid to Mahagun except Rs
10100/- during registration?

No other charges.
2. Are there any charges to be paid to CSK mgt / MMRWA before registration?
None before registration, however before taking Keys you might be asked to clear your dues towards Monthly Maintenance charges and/or Electricity fixed charges.
3. Since I will be available in India only for 3 days post
registration, will I be able to get the keys of my flat?

4. What is the time schedule for both the days when Mahagun has
called me on 28 and 29 Aug 12?

On first day i.e. 28th you would be called at Mahagun office in Sector 63 to sign the Sale deed, you will have to sign around 80-90 pages so be prepared. Should take 40-60 mins max.
On second day you would be called at Regsitrar's office in Ghaziabad District Courts to sign for the final registry. Well how much time it will take there would depend on availability of Registrar will take anywhere from an hour to max 3.
I know the queries are of generic nature but being out of India, it is
very difficult to get the exact picture of the things there.
Hope that I will get replies of all my queries at teh earliest so that
I can plan my short trip to India in an efficient manner.
