I also have booked a flat in Sienna and am highly disappointed with the result. You can count me in for any joint correspondence or follow up. I was charged a PLC for park/road facing flat but there's no park now. Also, I looked at the agreement recently and the PLC wasn't called out as a separate charge.

Hope everybody has read the news shared on some other threads related to the fraud done by the builder and some GDA officers.
I think this the high time, we should also raise our concern related to the four towers build in small premises with almost no park (which suppose to be there in the initial plan shared).
Request you all who ever is reading this mail and is impacted by the concerns shared in the mail and in past, please share your details so that we can build a forum and put a joint complain with Mahagun and respective bodies going forward.

The point i was making is to counter the developer on the basis of " Distaster Management regulations" & "Incorrect PLC charges" & "violating building laws" rather than change of Site plans.
