Hi Mr. Raju,

Just few days back we have received the bill for Common Electricity Charges from Estate Manager of Rs.1393/- for 3 month(April-June). Well do you have any idea about this. Is this comes under us to pay the Common Electricity charges or it comes under Mahagun.

Today monring at 9:45 AM, Sujoy and I visited there at main gate and talked with Security Supervisor. Saikat, Abbu Naser, Arun Bajpai and Pankaj Gupta also joined later. We came to know that the CSK staff is not cooperating and not supporting the new security guards. They have not handed over the transition to the new security head. The new guards are leaving their duty because the basic needs have been not provided here like Drinking Water, Toilet, Register etc. I talked with the MD of Hardik Security Group and we have called him for a meeting with MMRWA Office Bearers at 9 AM to discuss regarding the current security system and the suggestions which they want to implement.

The main disturbing elements are - Mahagun Construction Staff, Mahagun Marketing Staff, Mahagun Labors, Mahagun Vehicles without authorized stickers etc.

We had a meeting with GM and AVP of Mahagun Construction Deptt. and they will be providing the list of the employees to CSK and CSK will provide the Entry Stickers and then only those Mahagun vehicles will be allowed to enter in the society who has authorized parking stickers. They have a dedicated parking space in B1 parking where they will park their vehicles. None of the vehicles will be parked to other space.

I am also requesting the residents to please support the new security staff so that they can work independently.

Request you to please call to CSK, directly to Mayank Agarwal and talk about this specific incident. We must send a message that enough is enough.

These people has become shameless and like mosquitoes .. If we do not ask question in hard word, its our blood at loss.

Why this security head did nit inform about the situation to CSK management?

I went to the main gate and found director of Hardik security(new security) and he told me that all guards have left their duty and he is trying to stop them but they are not ready to stay. When I asked him how he's going to plan for tonight's security, he asked the two guards on the main gate to join the duties in valencia and romano and then he was stopping two other guards to stay at milano and bettina.

I had an urgent meeting so I had to leave but I do not know how was the security managed last night.
