Any idea about rental (freedom meter ) charged by other builders in crossing or other society of mahagun?

It seems that they are charging (17 rs per day ) more than others.

Reply if you have idea about this.

Hi Chandan,

RWA has already discussed earlier with CSK regarding detailed breakup of electric consumption per flat. According to CSK, they can provide the details in Excel sheet, if requested.

Minimum charge depends on the load (KVA) allocated to your flat.

There is "fixed charge" per KVA allocated, calculated per month.

(That amount) / 30 = is what is deducted per day.

evenif you do not use any electric appliances.
