Hi Chandan,   RWA has already discussed earlier with CSK regarding detailed breakup of electric consumption per flat. According to CSK, they can provide the details in Excel sheet, if requested.   Minimum charge depends on the load (KVA) allocated to your flat. There is "fixed charge" per KVA allocated, calculated per month.
