[mahagunmascot] Re: [RWA-Mascot:1144] Re: Legal Documents of Mahagun Mascot Project

I can share it with anyone but we have agreed with Mahagun on our letterhead with stamp that it contain some legal papers and we will not provide its copy to any flat owners due to security issue. Anyway, I will share the brief information based on these papers so that each of the resident will get informed with the current status.

Dear Mascotian,

Today 8 representatives from MMRWA visited at Mahagun office, A-19, Sec-63 (Noida) and discussed on the legal documents with Mr. S. C. Sharma, Needhi, Manoj Saxena and Manish Kumar. And finally we collected the copy of the entire documents which we requested in past. As per the these documents, nothing is illegal in Mahagun Mascot Project but we going to verify it with some Legal Expert in next 3-4 days and will share the status with all of you.

In the meanwhile, if anyone wanted to see these papers, they can contact me and I will show it to you. It has 30 pages and we agreed for not sharing it online due to legal issue. Please let me know if you have any question.

Note: We will share the complete Minutes of Meetings (MoM) of this discussion tomorrow. So please stay tuned!!!

Dear Mascotians,

I am happy to inform you that we have a very good result here after publishing this news in the daily Newspaper. As a response of this news, I got a call from Mr. S. C. Sharma (AVP-Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.) today around 5 PM and he assured me to provide these 11 Legal Documents to MMRWA representative on 8th July 2012 (Sunday). He told me that the entire operational area is approved and nothing is illegal in Mascot project and he was out of station and that is why Mahagun was not able to provide these documents.

So it is a big relief for us. I along with few other MMRWA representative will be going to attend the meeting on coming Sunday (8th July 2012) to collect the Legal Approval Papers. I will keep you posted with the status soon. Stay tuned!!!

I also agree with Hemant, we should raised this concern in the media. Even I want to make it more aggressively. Note that when Mahesh Ji file the (business complex issue) case and when we got the final result in 2012. Have we that much time in hand to stay in such situations?

Second, any business man more worried about the new customer/prospect, once this issue in Media then Mahangun has to listen our voice if they want to save their business interest.

Third, If we put such case in Media then initial scanning, talking to different Govt departments, Builder guys and other peoples .. Media persons will do that their own.. who else have so much time to do it for us..

One more thing, now a days every builder is now saying that he is Credai member.. Not sure how much it is trustworthy? Mahagun is also member of this http://credaincr.org/existingmember.php  Should we not raise our concern there too??

Please share your opinion on it.

Dear Gaurav,

Thanks for your mail. I am requesting you to please come into the GBM (General Body Meeting) which will be on coming Sunday (hopefully) and give your clarification how it is harmful for our society.

350+ families are living in the Mascot Society and coming in the meeting and they advised to do this and now you are saying that it is harmful. You are most welcome to come with your pros/cons.

I also wanted to inform you all that whenever we take any action, first we discuss it with Executive Body, then with General Body (Resident) and then take the action accordingly. I always try to inform you all with the latest happening via group mail (Yahoo/Google) or social networking site (Facebook/Orkut).

Hi Raju,
I think that will be harmful for our society  if we publish these
issues in media then everyone will become aware of the internal issues
of mahagun and  direct effect come to the rate of mahugn mascot
property, so according to me we should handle these issues internally
and we should  file a case in consumer forum.
