Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that a meeting between Mahagun Management and Mahagun Mascot Resident Welfare Association (MMRWA) was held on 26th May 2012 and the following representatives were present in that meeting:
Attendees:
1. Mr. S. C. Sharma (Sr. V.P. – Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.)
2. Mr. Manoj Saxena (AGM – Legal, Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.)
3. Mr. Mayank Aggarwal (Director – CSK Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.)
4. Mr. Rajeev Srivastava (GM-Operation – Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.)
5. Mr. Raj Kumar Raju (President – Mahagun Mascot RWA)
6. Mr. Ashutosh Punj (General Secretary - Mahagun Mascot RWA)
7. Mr. Sudhir Kumar (Executive Member - Mahagun Mascot RWA)
8. Mr. Rahul Aggarwal (Executive Member - Mahagun Mascot RWA)
9. Mr. Sudhir Jha (Executive Member - Mahagun Mascot RWA)

In that meeting Mr. S. C. Sharma agreed to handover the copies of the below listed legal documents related to Mahagun Mascot society, GH-5, Crossings Republik Township, Dundahera, Ghaziabad to the President of Mahagun Mascot Resident Welfare Association on behalf of all the residents residing in Mahagun Mascot society by 2nd June 2012 but unfortunately we have not received any legal documents till date. The RWA has sent many e-mails but there has been no response. We tried to contact Mr. S. C. Sharma, Mr. Manoj Saxena and Needhi many times over phone without any luck.
Legal Documents Required:
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Fire Service for Fire-Fighting Plan in each Tower.
2. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Pollution Control Board.
3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Electrical Safety Department.
4. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Water Supply.
5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Sewage Department.
6. Super Area / Carpet Area/ Covered Area Calculation with final approved Map
7. Land Title Clearance or if mortgage to bank, documents etc.
8. Project Layout Approval / Floor Plan Approval / FAR Approval.
9. Commercial, if any in the residential are how much is that and approval thereto.
10. Construction of Power Station with sanction load approval.
11. Parking Slot Numbers / Parking Area Approval.
It has been communicated earlier as well that this issue touches an emotional chord amongst the residents. We don't want this issue to snowball. We request you to give the respect to our genuine concerns. We reiterate our demand to please arrange these documents and provide it to us within one week from the date of receiving this letter otherwise we will believe that there is something wrong in the legal proceedings related to Mahagun Mascot society approval & clearances and thus resulting in such delays in providing the documents. On the contrary, if Mahagun Management fails to comply with our request as per this letter, we will have to initiate legal proceedings and then will also initiate in various media/news-channels.
Kindly acknowledge at the earliest. Your prompt and proper action in this regard will be appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As you are already aware that the residents of the entire Crossings Republik Township are panic due to the action started by Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) this week. The news - "750 flats have been constructed illegally in Crossings Republik Township" is flashing in all the leading national news channels and newspapers (please see the enclosed attachment from the newspaper clip). The residents of Mahagun Mascot are panic as of now and are very much concerned about the legal status of the Building/Tower/Flat.
So the MMRWA is requesting you to please provide the legal documents related to the Building/Tower/Flat which indicates the legal status of your construction.
Please provide the copy of the following document:
1) Floor Approval
2) Occupation Certificate
3) Land Title
4) Layout Plan Approval
Kindly arrange these documents on urgent basis and let us know if you have any concern.
