According to my understanding all the illegal construction has to be removed.( प्रोजेक्ट के सभी नक्शे निरस्त कर दिए गए हैं। वैध निर्माण के नक्शे ही पास किए जाएंगे। ).The matter remains unclear till we receive the documents we are demanding from builder. So we have to follow up builder to provide all the documents related to approvals from GDA.

For Documents, Raju ji is continuously reminding the authorities in Mahagun. Lets see when will Mahagun wake up.

I do not understand that if the order is for the entire project, why the builder is only demolishing the commercial market. Secondly, why the government is still registering the flats?

Do we have answers to these questions? I'll try to find out.

As per my understanding, the entire project plan for Commercial area has been de-approved not the residential area where we are living.

महागुन मॉल के बिल्डर ने किया था अवैध निर्माण, शासन के दबाव में झुका
गाजियाबाद। अवैध निर्माण करने वाले बिल्डर रोज बेनकाब हो रहे हैं। बृहस्पतिवार को क्रासिंग रिपब्लिक में महागुन बिल्डर बेपरदा हुआ। बिल्डर ने यहां गलत तरीके से नक्शा पास कराकर तीन मंजिला शॉपिंग काम्लेक्स बना लिया। जीडीए अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से हुए गड़बड़झाले के पकड़ में आने के बाद शासन ने अवैध निर्माण गिराने के आदेश दिए। जीडीए ने नोटिस दिया तो बिल्डर खुद ही निर्माण ढहाने लगा। अब जीडीए ने पूरे प्रोजेक्ट का नक्शा ही निरस्त कर दिया।
मामले की शुरुआत दिसंबर 2007 में हुई। सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर महेश नारायणन ने यहां एक फ्लैट बुक करवाया। बिल्डर ने महेश को बताया कि दूसरी मंजिल स्थित उनके फ्लैट के सामने रोड होगी और रोशनी आएगी। बिल्डर दिसंबर 2010 में फ्लैट के सामने शापिंग काम्प्लेक्स बनाने लगा। महेश ने विरोध किया तो बिल्डर ने जीडीए से तीन मंजिला काम्प्लेक्स का नक्शा पास होने की बात बताई। बिल्डर की धोखेबाजी ने नाराज महेश ने जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम में वाद दायर कर दिया। महेश ने मई 2011 में हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की। हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार से अपील करने के आदेश दिए। इस पर महेश ने राज्य सरकार से गुहार लगाई। तत्कालीन प्रमुख सचिव (आवास) रवींद्र सिंह ने 14 फरवरी 2012 को गलत तरीके से नक्शा पास होने की बात स्वीकारते हुए काम्प्लेक्स का नक्शा निरस्त करने और अवैध निर्माण ढहाने के आदेश दिए। जीडीए ने 9 मार्च को नक्शा निरस्त कर दिया। 19 मई 2012 को जीडीए ने बिल्डर को 15 दिनों में अवैध निर्माण ध्वस्त करने का नोटिस दिया। इसके बाद बिल्डर ने खुद ही निर्माण ढहाना शुरू कर दिया। महेश नारायणन ने बताया कि जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम ने भी 30 दिनों में निर्माण तोड़ने के आदेश दिए हैं।वीसी के मुताबिक शासनादेश के क्रम में बिल्डर को नोटिस जारी किया था। प्रोजेक्ट के सभी नक्शे निरस्त कर दिए गए हैं। वैध निर्माण के नक्शे ही पास किए जाएंगे।
महागुन के निदेशकों से बात करने की कोशिश की जाती रही, लेकिन कोई बोलने को तैयार नहीं हुआ। उनके एक प्रवक्‍ता नाम न छापने की शर्त पर कहचा कि शासन और कोर्ट के आदेश पर निर्माण खुद ढहाया जा रहा है।
