Seems to be the copy of the verdict on which Mahagun is reconstructing the shopping plaza. One question though..... If the road facing were at fire risk and violation of building bye laws what stops the same parameters to be applied to the park facing side of buildings???? So is the much awaited club house also under a cloud? What about the open parkings? Leaves a few questions unanswered.......

Note: The GDA letter is addressed to the Crossings infrastructure pvt ltd because on paper he is the land owner. This cancels the sanctioned plans of Mahagun Mascot (Plot GH 05, Dundahera).
