Please write a letter to Mahagun (Mr Kaul is on deputation in Mahagun Mascot premises)  describing your problem. SHould get fixed.

I would rather not comment on the world class construction of Mahagun in Mascot:)

In my flat, cracks are appeared on Master bedroom wall. Does anyone has faced such problem?
