[mahagunmascot] Sick & Tired of TTPL services - Wrost services ever

 

Hi Navneet,
This is my 2nd mail to you, hope this time I will be lucky enough to hear from you.
Like my first mail, this mail is to enlighten you about the service deficiencies of TTPL (hope you are well aware of this). Before I start, just like to mention one thing "Speed of Boss is speed of team". Trust you have understood what I meant by this!!!
It's been 3 months now I have requested for Intercom connection at my residence at Flat No.349, CREMA, Mahagun Mascot in Crossing Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad BUT still the same is not installed. I have made numerous calls to TTPL office in Crossing Republik but in vain.
Approx 2 weeks ago, I called your office to speak with you but was told you are not available & one Mr. Ajay Singh listened to my problem. He in turn speak with Mr. Tiwari (sorry I don't know the first name) in Crossing Republik office & me in a three way conference call. Mr. Tiwari pleads that he is not able to install intercom as there is no instrument available with them. Don't you think this is a bluff & hold no truth when other societies in the vicinity are getting the service? When I questioned this plead that from last 3 months I am getting this excuse only for which he said, he has old device but there is no O&T device available with him, for which he got a wrath from Mr. Ajay Singh. When Mr. Tiwari found that his lie has been caught, he immediately said he has an old instrument which he will install at my place & Intercom will be functional by night or maximum next day. The smae day one of your engineers visited my place at 8.30 PM in night just to inform that they don't have any instrument. I immediately called Mr. Tiwari & asked him what this nonsense is?? He told the engineer to hand over old instrument to me & assured me that Intercom will be activated by tomorrow noon as there is no free O&T slot available in my building. Unfortunately that noon has still not arrived or should I say "Iss raat ki subah nahi". Will you be kind enough to ask your officials to set their office right?
I will reiterate the question which I have asked earlier, hope this time you will answer, "Are we wrong in asking better service quality?"
My humble request to you is not to test patience of your customers & should not take them to ride. I just hope you will take immediate corrective actions.
