I completely agree with you. In fact,i just happened to visit the site this weekend. And yes, you're right the closenesss is definately alarming.
The point i was making is to counter the developer on the basis of " Distaster Management regulations" & "Incorrect PLC charges" & "violating building laws" rather than change of Site plans.
Hence, the details on the Site plans.
(by the way, i too have a booked flat in Siena tower,so sailing in the same boat)
