- Once i found FE (Fire Extinguishers) hanging on lock pin instead of proper stand. It would have fall down just by small touch and dangerous in case of small kids. No hose pipe in any FE and swing freely as no base support.
- FE should have a card attached mentioning maintenance record of the same like when last service done when is next due etc. I have seen this is offices
- Basement parking can not be considered functional for Valentia Tower till lift not functional to basement and railing in place at staircase of Tennis court. People claiming his parking in front of tower doesn't make sense till basement parking is full functional.
