Raju ji,

we asked for the same documents but the builders refused to show us. We then went to GDA and met a higher authority there, he also refused to give the information but, we knew him personally so he told us that unofficially that uptill 10th floor there is completion certificate.

We asked the same to builder and asked him to show the completion certificate and then he told us that he has applied completion certificate for next 10 floors but yet he has to receive it.

This went in july 2010 but I do not know the present situation. In july 2010 uptill 10th floor there was completion certificate for next 10 floors I do not know the present situation.

As you are already aware that the residents of the entire Crossings Republik Township are panic due to the action started by Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) this week. The news - "750 flats have been constructed illegally in Crossings Republik Township" is flashing in all the leading national news channels and newspapers (please see the enclosed attachment from the newspaper clip). The residents of Mahagun Mascot are panic as of now and are very much concerned about the legal status of the Building/Tower/Flat.

 

So the MMRWA is requesting you to please provide the legal documents related to the Building/Tower/Flat which indicates the legal status of your construction.

 

Please provide the copy of the following document:

 

1) Floor Approval

2) Occupation Certificate

3) Land Title

4) Layout Plan Approval

 

Kindly arrange these documents on urgent basis and let us know if you have any concern.

 

Please acknowledge as soon as possible.
