W.r.t. the thread below, please pass on information related to Senior Citizens staying alone in the society to Mr. Alok for consolidation.

Old Age Citizen Data 

Dear Friends,

Jai Hind,

In addition to the aforesaid, Shri Alok Kumar is hereby authorised to collect, collate and disseminate the data of the senior citizens, in general, and those who are living in isolation, in particular, to the Police so that in case of any casualty or unforeseen incident, early identification could be accomplished.

 

You are requested to kindly forward the name, address and phone number of the senior citizens above 65 Years in your society to Shri Alok Kumar at alokkumara1@gmail.com orrwafedgzb6@gmail.com,  Mobile 9899165777. 0120-2717031. Please specify separately, if the senior citizen are staying in isolation. 

Old age citizen form is attached. Hard copy send to C- 109, Arihant Harmony, Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram,Ghaziabad or 133 B, Model Town East, Ghaziabad. For any clarification, see the attached NBT news.
