As communicated by Sujoy that we had a very good discussion with Mahagun and CSK Management and the MoM will be shared to all soon as possible as I was out of station just after the meeting on Saturday. I just reached NCR and will share the MoM ASAP.

Saurabh: Yes, we have deadline but they are not following up. This time they assured that the timeline will be followed-up properly and the task will be completely within timeframe. Once the MoM will be shared, you will see the new timeline.

Please believe on MMRWA activities and you will surely see the output.

We have scheduled a meeting with Mahagun Management tomorrow and a team of 5 Executive Members (see below) from MMRWA will meet with Mr. S. C. Sharma (Sr. Vice  President., Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.) and Mr. Rajeev Srivastava (GM, Operation - Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd.).

4) Sudhir Kumar (Executive Member - MMRWA)

We will be discussing on many issues including the recent mis-behavior with the resident, bad services and security breach etc. I have consolidated the entire issues as Priority-1 and Priority-2 issue. Please find the enclosed attachment for the same which will be shared with the Mahagun Management tomorrow. The MoM of this meeting will also be shared with all the resident after the meeting.
