Dear Valued Resident,

 

This is to inform you all that a meeting was called by Mahagun Management on 26th May 2012, at 10:30 AM to discuss the below issues. Please see the current status and action plan accordingly.

 

1) Request to Provide the Legal Documents of the Building/Towers/Flats

 

Mr. S. C. Sharma agreed to share the below documents by 2 June 2012 (Saturday) and then I will share it with the entire residents.


1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Fire Service for Fire-Fighting Plan in each Tower.
2. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Pollution Control Board.
3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Electrical Safety Department.
4. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Water Supply.
5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Sewage Department.
6. Super Area / Carpet Area/ Covered Area Calculation with final approved Map 

7. Land Title Clearance or if mortgage to bank, documents etc.

8.  Project Layout Approval / Floor Plan Approval / FAR Approval 

9. Commercial, if any in the residential are how much is that and approval thereto

10. Construction of Power Station with sanction load approval

11.  Parking Slot numbers / Parking Area Approval 

 

2) Electricity & Power Issues in the Society


There is a heavy power cuts of 14 to 16 hours and shut-down for more than 26 hours or more experienced in Mahagun Mascot. With only 10% occupancy in the township we are now facing immense power cuts everyday with failure in electrical equipment's in crossing sub-station. Providing basic amenities like electricity is the responsibility of the Builders from whom we have procured our flats. We can see that there is uninterrupted power supply in the GH-7 but there is no power in the other societies which is not good.

Mr. S. C. Sharma is also concerned about this issue hence a MD level of meeting will be called next week between Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd. and Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. They will keep us updated with the status by mid of next week so that Mahagun will decide whether they need to continue with the current power supply with CIPL or they need a separate line from UPPCL in Mahagun Mascot society.
