We have just returned from the site, and it is still gonna take at least a couple of hours to restore the normal supply. Because the fault was in underground cable, so far only the actual spot could be located and the cable replacement work has just started.

The site is next to Panchsheel society (towards Galleria market) and team is still working to fix the problem.

 

Seeing this situation, I feel happy that at least we had uninterrupted power backup since yesterday evening otherwise life would have been very difficult in this weather :)

GOD knows which side :(, is still going on and the SDO confirmed over the phone that he will leave tonight only after restoration of power supply.

• Went to Galeria at around 11:30. Found there was no cut and electricity was there since early morning in the market place. 
• When i confronted CSK, i was told that only Crossing has power, rest all of the societies are cut off.
• Now it turns out to be a Mahagun only thing.

Had to visit Maintenance personally to know the updates on power situation, and it has been told to me that the 11KV cable from CRCL to Mahagun has been damaged by some JCB work last evening and the same is being repaired at the moment.

Its expected to be resumed by 1 pm however could take upto 4 pm as well.
