Dear Pawan & Gaurav,

You will be the future residents in Mascot so don't feel that you are separate from MMRWA.

This is your RWA & you are most welcome, as Raju said to RWA GBM & discuss on the same.

Regards

Saikat

Subject: Mahagun Mascot: Construction stopped for Extra Tower in Front of Mantova
To: mahagunmascot@yahoogroups.com

Hi All,

I went to Mahagun Mascot today and upon asking the field engineers they told me that construction of new tower in front of Mantova / Osima has been suspended as of now and whether this tower will be made or not is being discussed within Mahagun management. To confirm this i went to Marketing Office also and same story was told by sales rep there.

Dear Mr. Raju - I would strongly suggest that MMRWA takes up this issue with Mahagun Management ASAP. We should pressurise them to not construct this extra tower as it will totally block light & air for 3 towers behind it. Further there would be almost negligible green area for these 5-6 towers. Please advise us the further plan as to how best we can show our concern on this to Mahagun.

Posession of Mantova, Osimo & 2 other towers in that area is going to be done in next few months so we need to find the exact plan from Mahagun about these new towers. Mahagun cannot just suspend the work as of now and then maybe they decide to again start constructing the tower once posession has been given to others.

THERE HAS TO BE AN END NOW TO MAHAGUN'S CONSTANT CHANGES TO LAYOUT. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!!!

Note - I also tried to ask people there the reason why this tower's work has been stopped (as foundation is already in place) but nobody was willing to share exact reasons.
